Scheduling Appointments Services over $100. require a credit card on file to book appointments. Appointments are available at www.wnyspa.com Timely Arrival Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests arriving fifteen (15) or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule.   Cancellations We will require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellations. Spa Services and specialty hair services cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Salon & Spa Etiquette To assure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all clients refrain from using cell phones in our establishment. Children under fifteen (15) years of age must be supervised by an adult and are not permitted without an appointment. Gift Certificates Give the luxurious gift of mind, body and spirit to the people who are special to you. Our elegant gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or service. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have a one-year expiration date from the date of purchase. Beautiful Reflections gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any way. Gift certificates can be purchased in person or by phone. For added convenience, gift certificates or gift baskets can be ordered by phone and mailed directly. What a great gift!   Multiple Parties Parties of three (3) or more clients will be required to place a 50%, non-refundable, deposit of the total service cost at time of appointment. Payment Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks (local), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Prices do not include gratuities. Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee. Discounts Discounts are limited to one coupon per visit and can not be used with any other offers or specials.
